Mothering with Mindfulness is an effort to be aware of the present moment in being a mom. Mindfulness brings stress relief and sparks joy. It means being aware, for me this means reading and writing A LOT about choices I make, food we eat, ways to discipline, connect, communicate and pretty much anything. Some times it just means, stopping to breathe. I write it all down, mostly because I need to, I just need to write, it's how I move through life-I share because it's all universal.
